Our Services

One thing that we love to have and offer at Growing Pains Wellness is variety! There is something for everyone, from type of massage, length of service and even other spa services like wraps and scrubs!

On top of that if you don’t see something that fits exactly what you need we will work with you to find that perfect fit! Maybe that means you want a mask or scrub on just you back or hands plus a 45 minute massage…We Can Make That Happen! All you need to do is send us a message and we will get back to you within usually a few hours.

Some of our services are:

Massage- 20 min chair massage, 30 scalp massage, 30 min, 1 hour, 1.5 hour, and 2 hour table massage. We offer a variety of massage modalities/styles such as Swedish, sports, stretching, deep tissue, prenatal, postpartum, reiki, reflexology, trigger point and so forth.

Body Scrub- with you choice of base (salt or sugar) and your choice of essential oil! If you are only wanting this for a specific area and not whole body, send us a message and we can set that up for you!

Body Wrap- with your choice of mask/ product used (we have a variety of options). If you are only wanting this for a specific area and not whole body, send us a message and we can set that up for you!

Add-Ons- face mask and massage, foot scrub/mask and massage, cupping, red light therapy, ice massage, kinesiology taping, reflexology, hot oil scalp massage, aroma therapy, and dry brushing.
