How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by clicking the “Book Now” button or by calling, emailing, or texting us! Leave us a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!

Is there paperwork I need to fill out?

Paperwork will be completed on your first visit so please try to arrive around 5 minutes early to be able to get your paperwork done and still start your service on time! Once you have completed your paperwork you will not have to do it again for at least a year unless your health history or anything changes!

Why does it ask me to put my credit card information?

This is just to reserve your spot! You will not get charged and you do not even have to use a that card to pay for your service.

When/how do I pay for the service?

For most cases you will pay for the service once it is complete. You can pay with cash or card. In some instances payment may be needed before the service, and is up to the therapists discretion.

How do I purchase bath/body and home products?

Our website is LIVE! You can shop online or you can shoot us a text, email or you can call to set up an appointment to come look at everything! You can of course always shop before or after a service as well! Update: All purchases can be made in person before or after appointments! We are also a vendor twice a year with Field to Family’s Vendor event!

Does it matter what I wear to my appointment?

No! Wear whatever you are most comfortable in. Some people come in work clothes, some people come in casual/lounge clothes, you can even come in you pajamas!

What clothing do I take off during the service?

You can take off as much or as little clothing as you like! It is completely up to you. The goal of massage/spa services is to help your mind and body relax and reset so if removing an article of clothing causes any stress or discomfort, please feel free to leave it on. We want you to feel as safe and comfortable as possible!

What do I do after my treatment?

Rest, relax, and keep your mind and body focused on the benefits the service just gave you. Don’t push too hard in your day so try to avoid any strenuous work. Try to do activities such as yoga, pilates, and meditation. HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE! Water is so important after treatment and so are electrolytes so make sure to get plenty! A hot bath or show with so light stretching can also help keep muscles loose and relaxed.

How often should I get a massage/spa service?

This will be different for everybody depending on a persons activity level, daily activities, and self care routine. Most clients do well with a massage every other week or once a month minimum! Services such as body scrubs and body wraps are good to have done once a week but can be spaced out to once a month depending on what your skin and body is needing. The more often a service is performed the quicker and more you will see results!

What should I be doing in between services?

To get the most from your massage and spa services you should do your best to eat a well balanced diet, drink plenty of water, exercise and stretch regularly, and practice other self care routines!
