IT'S FUN FACT FRIDAY!!
✨Today we talk about DRY BRUSHING
There are so many benefits to dry brushing such as unclogging pores in the exfoliation process. Help detoxify your skin by increasing blood circulation & promoting lymph flow/drainage. Decrease the stretch marks and break down cellulite.

You can add on dry brushing to any of our services at Growing Pains Wellness and when you do, you get to take the brush home with you to keep using!

We also have extra dry brushes for purchasing!

How to Dry Brush:
Start at your feet & move up your body.
Brush your skin using wide, circular, clockwise motions.
Use light pressure in areas where your skin is thin & harder pressure on thicker skin, like the soles of your feet.
Brush your arms after you have brushed your feet, legs, & mid-section. You should brush upward towards your armpits.
After dry brushing, take a cool shower to help remove the dry skin.
After your shower, dry off & consider adding natural plant oil, such as olive, coconut, or almond oil to moisturize your skin. Or have us make you a customized body oil for your specific needs and skin type!
