Below are a few things you can do to better your sleep!

😴Establish a consistent sleep schedule, going to bed and waking up at the same time.

😴Keep your sleep environment cool, dark, and quiet to promote undisturbed rest.

😴Create a calming bedtime routine, such as reading, taking a warm bath, or practicing relaxation exercises.

😴Limit exposure to screens before bed and create a technology-free zone in your bedroom.

😴Avoid caffeine, heavy meals, and stimulating activities close to bedtime.
