How are you giving back to others and our community to make it a better place?

Some things you can do:

-Volunteer

-Donate products or goods

-Make care packages

-Random Acts of Kindness

-Write letters to nursing home residents

-Fundraise

-Lend a helping hand to a neighbor or friend

There are so many things you can do to give back and help your community that helps you!

Don't forget that a percentage of all services at Growing Pains Wellness will be donated to nonprofit organizations in our community!
