Growing Pains Wellness has its first group yoga class this Friday!! Are you signed up?!

Fridays class be a flow that focuses on twists.

Twists are great for so many things such as:

1. Keeps your spine healthy-

Twists rotate the spine and stretch the muscles of the back. This helps to restore and retain the spine's natural range of motion.

2. Opens blocked energy pathways-

As you stretch and create space during your twist, you also create space for energy that has been blocked.

3. Improves digestion-

The constant stretching and contracting of muscles stimulate your digestion and metabolism.

4. Stimulates and detoxes your organs-

Twisting poses assist the lymphatic system in detoxing your body by stimulating this flow of lymph fluid.

There are so many benefits to twists and hopefully you'll get to feel that in class this Friday! The class is for all levels, no experience required!
