October Yoga Schedule

October Yoga Class Schedule at Growing Pains Wellness!

We are changing this up a bit this month!

Monday's at 8:00am:

Core Focused Flow- This class will definitely get your core burning and body sweating! A great way to get your day going!

Working on your core is so so important especially for stability and to support your back.

Thursdays at 5:30pm:

Yoga Flow- a more fast paced class that will use breath to flow through different stretches and poses that build strength, flexibility, balance and confidence!

We hope to see you starting this Thursday for the first class of the month! Sign up through our website or send us a message and we'll set it up for you!

Classes are $5 cash/Venmo or $6 credit card!
